Our engagements are targeted and outcome oriented, typically lasting from one to three weeks (total time, not elapsed time). Among our focus areas are: outsourcing strategy development and alignment; process and competency mapping (as a tool for decision-making); evaluation and measurement (identifying qualitative critical success factors and developing lean but effective monitoring capabilities); and “one-team” processes which enable teams/resources located at a distance to be able to effectively function as “one-team”; to name a few.
