The Outsourcing Network-Practicalities:

• To facilitate openness while protecting business interests, we will all sign NDAs
• The network will include 8-12 organizations; each organization will have three “seats” to be delegated as they wish within their organization.
• We will meet six times a year; the meetings will be hosted by our network members. This is not obligatory but is strongly encouraged.
• We will meet for a full day each time we meet.
• The work-load is anticipated to be primarily participating in the sessions themselves. This may include occasionally preparing presentations.
• The Outsourcing Network will formally start in early 2012. The specific date will be set after assessing the needs of the organizations in the network.
• The fee for each organization is 39.000 dkk eks moms. This fee covers three participants from each organization.
