Measuring and evaluating for selection and performance in outsourcing and offshoring

September 25, 2013

The fifth program in our TON (The Outsourcing/Offshoring Network) season for 2013-2014 will take place in March 2014. The program will take a deep dive into measuring and evaluating for selection and performance. Among the sub-themes for the day are:

  • Going back to the business case: capturing original (intended) benefits
  • What do we measure? How do we do it? What should we be measuring?
  • Supplier evaluation: how to track and evaluate hundreds of suppliers?
  • What role does standardization play?
  • Mitigating risk via measurement and evaluation
  • Continuous improvement
  • The hidden costs of outsourcing

Our day’s host, GN, along with the other members of our network including Vestas, IO Interactive, LEO, Ferring, Carlsberg, COWI, Takeda, Danske Bank, Danish Crown, Arla, ECCO, and Xellia Pharmaceuticals, will come with cases and insights focused on the day’s program.
