How Not To Screw Up Remote Teams: First book in a series is published

Trellis’ Katie Gove has contributed a chapter to a book which has just published. The book, How Not To Screw Up Remote Teams is available on Amazon along with several other digital platforms, e.g. iTunes store. You can also download the first chapter for free here.

The book looks at managing remote teams from several perspectives: supplier, client, advisor. Experiences come from Dutch, Danish, Indian, Ukraine and Russian organizations, among others. Hugo Messer, Editor and global staffing expert from the Netherlands, opens the book with a look at motivations for engaging remote teams. Katie Gove, Managing Director of Trellis, contributes a chapter looking at the human dimensions of outsourcing.
